  • Science - Year 1 What do we know about the weather? In this lesson, we are going to be learning about the four seasons and the weather. We are going to learn what a scientist is and how important they are. We are going to complete an observation of the weather outside of our windows and compare this to the four seasons. Lastly, we will be identifying the different weather in the four seasons. You will need a piece of paper and a pencil for this lesson.
  • Topic - Geography Where is Brazil? In this lesson we will name all seven continents in the world, before zooming into South America and locating Brazil. We will explore some physical and human geographical features found in Brazil and compare them to where we live in the UK!

Art Challenge

Each week we will be setting a challenge to use a specific material or item to create a picture or a sculpture. This can be as simple or complex as you choose to make it.Please do not go out and buy these items, they are just meant to be things that you have in the house already or are going to be thrown away.

This week - toilet rolls, kitchen roll tubes or Pringle tubes.
