Tuesday
The snail went on a very exciting adventure. Can you draw and describe some of the things she saw on the way?
Wednesday
Can you listen to the story of 'The Snail and the Whale' and create your own story map, by drawing pictures to explain what happens in the story. Try telling a person in your family the story using your story map.
Thursday
Using your story map from yesterday, have a go at writing your own version of 'The Snail and the Whale'. Remember to use capital letters, full stops and adjectives. You might even want to challenge yourself to use similes.
Friday
Can you have a go at publishing your story? You need to write your story in your neatest handwriting, and see if you can up-level your writing by using lots of exciting adjectives. You could even have a go at designing the front cover.
